Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We deliver within 3-4 working days across India using our trusted partners Aramex and Everest courier services.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, shipping charges of ₹99 apply.
Can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is shipped.
What if my order is damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund within 24 hours.
Products & Usage
Are your products safe?
Yes, all our products are FSSAI approved, GMP certified, and manufactured in ISO certified facilities.
How should I take the supplements?
Follow the dosage instructions on each product label. Consult a healthcare professional if you have specific concerns.
Can I take multiple supplements together?
Most of our products can be combined safely. Check product descriptions or contact our nutrition experts for guidance.
What's the shelf life of your products?
All products have a minimum 18-month shelf life from manufacturing date. Expiry dates are clearly marked on packaging.
Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD).
Is COD available everywhere?
COD is available in most cities. COD charges of ₹49 apply for orders below ₹1499.
Can I return opened products?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days. Opened products are only returnable if defective.
How long does refund processing take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
